Its only worth what the person is willing to pay for it IMO You could stick it up for £10k-£11k and wait ages for a genuine buyer or stick it up for £8k-£9k and it could go in a few days Shame its not actually worth much more than a standardish one because it is fucking lovely and way too nice to break
If you wanted to, you could get a buyer for the engine with management etc and get a std SR in there and sell for 8/8.5?
Erm.... On a side note, what size are your number plates? Or could someone tell me the size of the square import plates?
Thanks for the help :-) I'm going to break the whole car... Seems the only way I'll make abit of money back. Will get a thread up soon. Thanks :-)
Hello jib thats hart braking to hear that, she is one of the sweetest looking s15's iv ever seen and has good spec also, but if you have to do that its upto you man money is money, im just going to go cry for a while now
Do you think you are going to get your money back through breaking it? I would have thought s15's would be worth more as a whole car as apposed to a 14 of a similar spec. Genuine question as I thought about breaking mine.
I think you would get he most money back sticking a stock engine in it and selling the modified engine and assosiated bits
This, bear in mind you need somewhere to take it apart, somewhere to keep the bits you remove, theres always some stuff left over as well ....... put it back to relatively standard without taking it entirely to bits and you might find you make more than an outright sale or breaking it back to a chassis
Seen this at Birmingham Wheels over the summer, looks even better in the flesh than the photos. By the look of that spec list it's a pretty serious build too. Would be a shame if it gets broken but unfortunately that seems to be where the money is these days.
Thanks mate, The car has already started to be broken :-( got another thread of the bits I'm selling :-)
