    Thanks guys!

Standard box to begin with, see how it goes! Depending how many let go and the situation at the time i'll probably be looking at an RB box in the future, if the conversion plates are available that is!

Hahah yep its going to be satisfying, cant wait to not have to stress about getting it all done! Just drift, maintain repeat - hopefully!

A word of warning those throttle bodies arent much cop. If you smoke test it before mapping your probably find it leaks. A genuine pulsar one would be a better bet.

Cheers for the heads up! But leak from where exactly? On the gasket sides or out the sides of the throttle splindle? Its a really well made part, will give it a go.

How do you smoke test of interest? Sounds ideal for finding boost leaks!

Out of the spindle. We had to get some rubber sealed bearings to replace the original ones.
Exactly it the best way to check for boost leaks, to be honest leak in any system. You should be doing one before you have it mapped. Definately dont want a boost leak when mapping. Its amazing how the smoke leaks from even the best looking clamped up silicone.

Once my injector rail came lose, i had no idea until i did a routine smoke test for boost leaks and saw it coming out. Bloody handy bit of kit.

Yeah definitely, I drilled a hole under the clutch master area near transmission tunnel. The fusebox, ignitor, wiper amp, resistor thing etc are all going inside the car now and the engine/power loom will all come neatly through this hole (with a grommet of course!)

Unfortunately dude yes :(. But I guess if I hadnt crashed it, it wouldnt be at this stage now. It just sucks ive not driven it in so long haha.

Ahh hi mate!! Didnt realise you were on here. Unfortunately/fortunately I dont work at Mclaren anymore, going to be starting at rolls royce in the new year, but no doubt I will see you around!

More progress yesterday, turbo and prop on in between the pissing rain!
