iv got a 940 2.0 turbo estate lol, bit of a problem with it atm tho

I really want an old one that skids everywhere are they pretty easy to tune and do any come already turboed?

Had a few, great cars and lots of power for fuck all. Weld the diff, cut the springs and a manual boost controller makes for an awesome skid car.

 

Well I think it's been badly bodged and tuned before my ownership, it's got a bigger turbo and bigger injectors (or atleast I'm told) the problem is when you boot it or rev it hard etc it puts it's self in a limp mode sort of thing and the exhaust emissions light comes up...seems normaly when it pops a flame, Im guessing it may be with the bigger injectors and it not Being mapped for them, going to put some standard ones on and see what it's like then

 

what turbo and injectors are they? what maf sensor his it got, the 940's have a learning ecu (or atleast lh2.4 is) so the fueling can sort its self out for bigger injectors

pass to all lol, turbo looks like an eBay jobby, I was told they were t5 injectors which I was wondering are they even any bigger with having an extra cylinder?, and maf I don't know

 

i think there abit bigger, what colour are they? ideally you need to find out exactly what turbo and injectors you have and also the maf, if your running bigger injectors you need to run a 3" maf to sort out the fueling, and how much boost its running

 

There's a fair bit of play in the turbo so I I was tempted to shot my standard rb25 turbo on seen as tho I have it laying about, atm I think it was only running .7 bar, I'm not sure about the colour il have a look tomoriw and see, I seem to think the maf is 3" like but again il check, the maf could be the issue tbh because it idles lumpy aswell

apparantly has brown injectors but will have to check, what size are browns?

 

im not sure what size the brown injectors are, yea that's no volvo 13c, cant really make out what the amm is from the pic, i would go onto vpcuk.org and post on there, there is a guy on there that really knows his 940 tuning, and a other helpful people
