Hi Nistune ECU up for grabs £300. Was going to use on me car but going LINK now. RSP Stage 1 ECU.. I don't know what these go for so I'll say £200 and see what people think? Works well on my car 0.85bar, FMIC, Air filter, Exhaust.
It was running an rb25 but the guy mapping my car said they are modified r32 boards? I know nothing about ecu's except it was running a rb25
Just had a little look and found this.. http://www.driftworks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=202202 Maybe best I get a picture and hopefully people can see if it's what they need
Z32 has a type 2 board installed (this is what i have) but you have to do some soldering to get it to run everything properly. you have a type 4 board in that which is making me think its the RB20
Ok cool so the case ect is rb20 but the case has no barring on what it can run? That's governed by the board inside?
it will have 2 or 3 boards inside.. the main RB20 board, the Nistune board and any other associated boards the engine needs. The Nistune board is just there to help edit the info on the ECU more easily and talk to the software. Think of it like a middle man interpreting the info you put into the Nistune software so that the original board can run the settings.
Ok so with the info I've put up here is that enough for ppl to know what car it suits or do I need to do some thing more? I know it was running on a rb25
