Rebuilt Nissan Sr20det Engine The engine was originally removed from a low mileage auto, it was then stripped to a bare block and cleaned extensively and rebuilt. List of parts and work carried out. Deck of the block skimmed Head Skimmed (minimum amount) Cometic 1.6mm Head gasket ACL Race Main bearings ACL Race Big end bearings New Piston rings Light Weight engine pulleys New Valve stem oil seals All valves were re lapped in after head skim. Compression test - all four cyclinders were around 150psi before removal. Pictures of engine now: Pictures of the engine during the build: I fitted the engine to a car that was never really used and just sat in a workshop and was basically driven in and out so no real mileage. The engine comes as seen with no exhaust, turbo clutch or flywheel. £1000 _________________________________________________ T28R Turbo in good condition with tubular manifold and braided lines - £300 Minimal play in the turbo. A new Nissan manifold to turbo gasket was used along with new nuts and then to ensure they wouldn't work lose a blob of weld on top of the nut. The exhaust manifold was sprayed white in high temp paint but has chipped and doesn't look great but doesn't effect anything. _________________________________________________ Exedy organic clutch & light weight flywheel Clutch has done literally nothing as it was fitted new to the engine above. Flywheel was off another engine which worked fine but had got hot at some point, so I had the flywheel skimmed so it was flush and true.
