Car will be displayed on Juicebox stand for japfest, cant wait should be a good day out!! so done few small bits on this today fitted my vertex steering wheel will get better quality pics 2moro! then was onto the bride gear gaiter, was a nuisance to do but didnt take as long as i thought! my phone never saved the after pic with the kazama gear knob back fitted. phone being shit as usual!! here is some pics of the carbon door sides after a fresh wrap! (thanks to decobyrne106 for doing this for me haha, he took his time with a heat gun and removed the old faded and then re-wrapped them for me! this being done seems to be very popular in japan!) anyway quick pic then i went at fitting my double din, removed all the dash and pulled out radio etc, its hardwired in and i hadnt the patience today to even tend to having a go at fitting the new double din!! so i left it and fitted everything back! rest of the day was tending to the daily drivers!! bit of help from me brother and cleaned the yaris from head to toe! and managed to service the avensis while time allowed!! will have few more updates over the weekend PS - Sorry for thread being all over the place, copied off driftireland!! anyway, all thoughts good or bad welcome. Had this at japfest, few pics few pics after a quick wash then dropped car to WKD imports for a full service and a check over, car is perfect no issues at all so delighted with that. Will be dropping it back to WKD imports for a few suspension tweaks hopefully this week coming. few pics at WKD few small bits arrived from japan last week - new front & rear cusco struts and the rest of the carbon dash inserts i wanted - then went about fitting the cusco struts back was easy - then front was a nuisance, didnt fit for me in the end. brembo brakes and theres a bigger master cylinder so sticks out more causing it to be blocked fitting. a friend gave me a good idea that might just work so hopefully will get it fitted this week. On a weeks holidays from work so gonna get stuck in and do a few bits fit the new double din radio and dash pieces this week fit carbon plug cover too give it a good clean under the bonnet, its pretty clean already but just gonna go over it to have it shinning. hopefully some more nice pieces will arrive this week too. and just a pic or two when i called into a friends, a fellow member on here!!
Yeah thw Gramlights really really suit it. Love them myself too. They are definetly staying but I'll also be buying a spare set. Maybe some dish, maybe. But these will always be the main set of wheels for her.
