Sometimes but especially on initiation in the dry when I give the hydro a good yank it throws my traction control back on.
As you can imagine its REALLY annoying.

I have to switch it back off everytime. I looked into a traction delete thing from ebay. (Basically it looks like shit). So the next step is to try a DIY way of deleting it OR find a way to stop it coming back on when I use the hydro.

I have a funny feeling this could be something to do with the ABS?

Ive searched google and can find nothing. Anyone had or heard of this problem?

Can't you just pull a fuse?

You try pulling the abs fuse?
In e46 if you disconnect the rear drivers wheel speed sensor it disables the abs, try unplugging them one wheel at a time see if it helps.

The abs and tcs have an ecu that works with the inlet in the r34gtt (rb25det neo).
Apparently pulling fuses out will make more problems.

Its weird that no one else seems to have the same problem of the traction conrol coming back on after pulling the hydro.

I have the hydro plumbed to the line running to the rear brakes (way after the abs system) underneath the car. It has its own reservior mounted on the cylinder. The line running to the front is capped.
The result being that the foot pedal only operates the front brakes and the hydro only operates the rear brakes.

The only thing I can think of that would play up and send a signal to turn the tcs back on would be the abs sensors at the rear.

unplug the throttle traction control motor.. won't be able to do feck all then.

or remove traction control using R33 throttle body and cross over pipe.

Think I might try that with unplugging the motor.
Just hope the ECU doesnt throw a hissy fit.
    Have you tried it before?

The traction control light will come on, it will cry about it but thats about all it can do. yes, you need to remove the TPS plug for it too, I can't recall if its the brown or black plug at the front of the engine but you can trace it easy enough with your eyes.

Allot of people don't have the problem because the traction control is already fucked in there car lol, not many of them still working correctly lol

proper way is to fit R33 throttle body and cross over pipe as the pipe will be too short or add massive bit of silicone if your pikey lol

Cheers man, will get a look tomorrow!

wouldnt using an r33 intake/throttle body do exactly the same thing?
    how is it better?

The neo (r34) and spec 2 (r33) RB25 inlet manifolds are different so you would just use the throttle body.

If I pull the plug on the neo tcs throttle body is it not just the same thing?
Even if I got an r33 throttle body wouldnt the neo tcs ecu think that the plug had just been pulled anyway?

Thanks for the input everyone, going out for a look now.

Yes true but if you wanted to tidy up the bay and get rid of the massive motor on the throttle body then use an r33 body.
