    I used a jd2 tubing notcher. Thing is great perfect fit every time.

    Nice bit of pulse welding there :D No filler rod? What Tig set you using, can see you got a miler there in the background, CK17 torch?

    close no pulse strait current with er70s2 on a miller diversion 180 ck #9 super flex with gas lens

    Nice lucky with a great welder there, I do my best with a Chinese R-tech which is like the everlast they sell in the states, I use a ck17, what's the amps you welded they at out of interest as the ck9 is a low current torch isn't it? Air cooled.

    Yeah i lucked out i used all money saved from making stuff for other people to fund new machines. I have heard that the everlast machines machines are pretty good. The 9 air cooled and is good till 120 amps which is what i was welding at i think.
