So after a few days I had some teething problems

Speed sensor seal had gone on box and was leaking out box oil. (new seal from toyota and I think that has been ccured.

Front crank seal is weaping so jm have sent me both front and rear seals.

Manifold / turbo gasket started to puff a bit so jm have sent me the full kit including a set of rear pads as they were low low.

I have plumbed in a boost gauge and will put in the boost controller today.
Jzx100.com is not like here or sxoc. something like a boost controller install is the first thing you could find. Not there.

I have found one link for an ebc that looks right.

I bought an after market stereo with bluetooth and wireless streaming. To install I had to purchase a harness from the USA. Should arrive in the next week.

Maybe this will help? That took all of 2 seconds lol.

Installing Boost Controller - need help - JZX100 Technical Forum - JZX World Forums

Which harness did you end up buying? I bought a harness for mine to install a HU and it didnt work, I ended up blowing the OE amp and in the end bypassing it all together. What apparantly happens when running the OE amp and an aftermarket HU is that you get static noise coming through the speakers all the time.

Yeah they were the only threads.

Due to j pipe delete my vacume pipes are elsewhere from pictures and due to the actuator being out of sight. It's not as straight forward.

I bought a Metra 70-8112 Radio Wiring Harness for Toyota Amp Integration 15 Pin

After research this is the only one that will plug and play. The guys at driftireland use them and jzx100.com so fingers crossed. Should arrive between today and 4th April

Thats the same harness I have sitting at home :p lol. I read the same, that it worked for everyone thats why I bought one too, but alas it didnt do anything haha. Could of been the HU or the wiring though no idea.

I still retain the J pipe on mine so cambo is the man to help that one ;)

I'm not sure on what type of exhaust, it's not branded. It's a shame the full exhaust ain't titanium

So did you just hard wire it and bin the amp? Would you have to run any new wires? Power comes from amp does it not?

Yeah mines been hard wired in and the amp was bined. I got an electrician in to look at the amp before removing it, he opened it up and show'd me that something was blown and this was why it wasnt working. So pete came over and just cut the whole thing out and redid it in 5 mins and it works ace! :D

Russians can do anything it seems.

Took the chaser out for a few hot Laps to see how it handles drifting. Make a list of things needed before completing a drift day. I was presently surprised how well it performed.

Not at the moment, in the process of buying a house, bought the car first ;)

Quite happy with the look, but it's on the want list. Aswell as 500bhp
