Haven't updated much lately. But I've been fixing with a friend's Mustang 72' for a few weeks now with 351 Cleveland V8.

    Started out like this:

Fixed the aircon system, flushed it out and filled with R134A gas + installed a new filter:

More work done today on the Mustang.

Installed a new power assisted steering rack. 3 turns lock to lock and correct length of the steering arms so bump steer is completely eliminated:

Also modded the steering columnm shorted it at the bottom, installed a support bearing and a new shaft to connect to the new rack:

Went to visit a friend's garage at the countryside:

    Yeah.

I finally found a place to make a garage. A little house with a 200m2 yard.
The ferrari is up in Da Nang in storage. I'll bring it down here to Saigon as soon as we have the garage done here :)

Might have some R33 molds left in my storage in Da Nang, will go through all when the roof is up here so I can move all my stuff down from there :)

    More progress on the Mustang.

New stainless valves, remade guides and seats and decked off the heads a bit to increase the CR (it was 7.6:1 originally...)

Didn't really like how the ports looked with those edges and casting imperfections:

    So:

And dropped off the edelbrock alu intake at my mates machining shop to modify it to mount the injectors:

The machine shop fucked up the injector separation on the mustang intake even though that I supplied them drawings with all measurements.. So after wasting 2 weeks I ended up having to remake it myself, now it's ok and ready to assemble:

Also, installed the Tomei unequal length headers + perrin thermal blankets on the 2010 STI:

Next up on the STI will be remapping the ecu with the tactrix interface and romraider

Why didn't you just get some weld-on injector bosses rather than all that welding and machine work?

Also, Ferrari? Fed up of seeing a raft of customer cars getting parts replaced!
