1jz s14 - reduced - £7500 Hi, I have for sale my project S14, it is being sold as an unfinished project , but is essentially complete. It runs, drives, but I would advise it being trailed away as it has zero road miles. It is a very long winded project, began in 2007 and has sat in a (dry and heated) unit for the last 4 years in this current state. To finish it would need some rolling road time, paint and a general bit of tidying and tlc. Engine is strong, compression checked and has no smoke on start up, or on the rollers. Can also come with a spare 1jz engine if required. I am selling as I mainly need the money for a house deposit, but also because I have no use for it since I gave up drifting. Thanks bud, its a shame I never got to use it and it would be a shame to break it so I hope it gathers some interest. I appreciate it looks grubby now, but this is how it looked before it went it to storage all those years ago... wont take much to bring it back to this. and even better with no graphics..
depending on what boost you want to run, somewhere around 6-700hp. Currently mapped on about 0.8 bar boost, turbo needs 1.5 bar to be in its prime. Think it was 350hp at that.
Looks like brilliant fun. Is 6-700 bhp not optamistic with a stock bottom end and head gasket? I'm just curious.
Forgot to add it has arp head bolts. Which will help with a reliable big hp number. 700 maybe optimistic on that turbo as it has the smaller exhaust housing for quicker spool. But these engines are well known for their strength. Have a google and see what they do standard. 600hp isn't pushing these that much.
