In the meantime I'm trying to find some seats. It's clear that the bench seats look cool but they're a total ballache bordering on dangerous for any hard driving.
So I'm looking for something like this

    bride-histrix.

    or this
    autolook-02_01.

And probably a simple harness bar like has been done in this sweet Datsun pickup here (bigup to Brooksie for some lovely photography :))

Do you guys not have any contacts at Cobra anymore for your seats?
A few of their Classic Range fit the bill and I'm sure they could incorporate the Vent Holes for them :)

Right, had a good few weeks concentrating on work and other stuff, but I'm back on the Hi-5 again now, getting it finished up so I can use it properly this year, get some miles on the clock and take it to a few events.

I wasn't sure they were quite what I was after, but I found a couple of pics of the classics they'd done for other people and they look totally different with the vent holes.

So I've just ordered a pair in this style, but the Classic RSR model with the slightly extended side bolsters for more sideways support.
