C33 Laurel JDM import (obv) for sale I imported the car myself in 2007, and have been the only uk owner since. I don't have the time for drifting anymore, so apart from the odd show, it just doesn't get used. I have stored it for years and spent a small fortune on work, but now it's back on my driveway and doesn't go anywhere. It's time for someone thats going to use it. You don't need me to explain how rare these are now and the mods make it a real one off. Ok on to the spec list: Engine: RB20DET HKS turbo (we think it's a 2530) Blitz front mount and hard pipes Stainless exhaust and decat Apexi power intake GTR fuel pump Adjustable pressure regulator Blitz dsbc Z32 afm Greddy recirc dump valve This car has recently been mapped by FC tuning and has their Nistune ecu fitted. It is the only C33 in the world using this system. Haters/doubters contact Steve Sadler and he will confirm. I have a dyno printout showing 366bhp. It made 387, but was turned down slightly for safety. Steve said with bigger injectors it would go higher, but believe me it feels like plenty. Also, while it was with him, Steve changed the cambelt and alternator belts, along with new plugs There is a video of the dyno run here: And I couldn't resist a cheesy pic of the man himself. I'm sure he will love me for it haha Chassis/brakes: Coilovers and adjustable top mounts DW front arms Adjustable tension rods Tein tie rods and washers for extra lock DW rear camber arms 5 stud conversion S14a 4 pot brakes The suspension is set up for track use (drifting). It's only happy going sideways and 'grip driving' makes it wander. It's easy to change if you wanted more of a road car. Transmission: Standard R32 gearbox Twin plate clutch which has only done around 2k miles 2 way diff (unsure of make as it was fitted in japan, but it works very well) Interior: Sparco Rev bucket seats 3 point harnesses (I kept the original belts too, so you have the option of using either. To use the harnesses you need to remove the bottom part of the back seat and bolt them to the floor). Spin turn knob Momo wheel Nismo gearnob Beat 550 double din dvd/cd/touchscreen/bluetooth head unit Bodywork: Uras kit with replica front bumper Fibreglass flared and vented front wings One off rear arches made from a bmw mould specially for this car Rear panel (between the lights) has been filled and painted Clear side repeaters and foglights Strobe kit fitted into sidelights Bonnet has been raised at the back, but can be removed easily (I'm not totally sure about it either) Whole car resprayed in Ford 'Electric currant' - a metallic deep red 18" Jaero staggered split rims with 255/235 tyres Bad points Every car has some, and this is no exception. However, there's nothing major. The passenger seat has a chunk missing. An upholsterer could probably repair without too much hassle The passenger side air vent is missing it's trim (maybe yahoo japan auctions would turn up one?) The rear passenger side door glass has some scratches in There may be things I've forgotten, it's hard to put 7 years of ownership and so much work into one post. So by now you're all wondering how much, right? It's hard to value really. I'd be happy with around REDUCED TO 6K . Considering the rarity and the amount of work, it's worth every penny and will only go up in value if looked after. Am happy to px for something cheap & cash my way. Might even swap for the right car No debates about the price/power/etc. Please only post if you have something worthwhile to say.
Would be interested in a swap for either some kind of V8 I can go drag racing with, or something thats more useable daily (i.e. no bucket seats and harnesses). Open to any sensible suggestions, even an unfinished project if it's worthwhile.
