Been a while! We have been working on getting the side complete ready for paint and basically concentrating on the bits we need to get it up and running! most of the inside is complete now IE wiring loom, airjack lines and flocked dash underneath is now complete with a custom prop shaft, diff and shafts are fitted and the new in tank pump and fuel lines. Starting to see the light now and hopefully will hear a noise in the next month or so, Next on the list is the custom wiring loom for the stand alone ECU {} {} {} {} {} {} {} {} {} {} {} {} {}
possibly, we will make some sort of divider no other way of having the single top mount in any other position.
The car has seen the light for the first time in a few months! I took the car up to Durham to a friend called Vlad so he could make all my custom water pipes and some other cool touches on the car, boot floor and foot plates/ We have started making the wiring loom and all power steering pipes and oil pipes have been made up, Waiting on my ECU to arrive and a few hours on the wiring loom left and hopefully should hear a noise from it!!! {} {} {} {} {} {} {} {} {} {} {} {} {}
awesome build thread man. cool to see a bmw engine being used. the n54 is a seriously capable engine.
its been a while as always,havent really done to much more. made up my front subframe and finally the car has been sent for paint {}
