    Happy new year all,

Right I really don't want to sell this but I am going self employed this year and I need a crew cab van for work (a mk6 fiesta is not going to fit all my tools in)

I have been building my truck for about 6 months now and I was building it for a daily/cool truck to use at my farm.

its a 2003 mazda b2500 pickup, ex builders van but in faily good condition for year, has a few age retated marks and dents, chassis is in good condition,

It has Mercedes om606 turbo diesel engine fitted on the std mazda gearbox, kkk k27 turbo, mechanical pump, big front mount intercooler, ally rad, ect,

all starts, runs, drives and stops,

    spec;

    3lt 24valve Mercedes om606 engine
    om603 mechanical pump
kkk k27 turbo (from Mercedes coatch)
    3" boost pipes
    ally front mount intercooler
    ally R33 skyline rad
    2 electric fans with controller
    all silicone pipes
cut and welded bell housing (om606 to mazda gearbox)
    aero bonnet catches
    fully 5 linked rear axle
    AST remote resovar coilovers
    deep dish shogun front wheels
    pajero rearwheels
    few skid wheels

who in to there turbo diesel tunning will know what sort of power these engines make, with a big set of elements in the pump and this turbo 450?500hp is not a problem,

its a unfinished project that's probally 95% done, just needs a few bits doing to finish off,

front coilovers fitted, (brackets ect will need to be made)
exhaust (I was gonna have a stack)
    few little niggly bits
a few spacers on the 5 link rear end for the coilovers,
    rear brake lines

I have driven it up and down my farm and goes and sounds very well,

this in a unique truck and could be made to be a monster drift/road truck with roads of bed space for tyres ora cool shop truck for your company,

obvilys it has no MOT but wont need to lot to get throu,

any questions please ask and will try to awnser, or you can whatsappme on 07540609438,

I am having problems uploading images so please whatsaapme for more images

I am asking £5000 for it ow's me a lot more that that,

located at rainham Essex (lakeside shopping center)

I am open to offers on it, and obvisoly px for a crew cab van

    Its not a easy conversion.
Lack of room is the pain. Its a pain to get it all to fit. Wiering is a bit of a mission to sort.
Yer bmw box is the way forward

Cheers after talking to a merc specilist up north he recons the om605 is a better more compact engine and a lot less wiring. Do you have a wiring diagram? And did you make ur 5 link or buy a generic one?

Yep deffo 605 is a better option.

No sorry i dont have a diagram. Was a lot of head scratching as i couldn't find a main wiering diagram.
I made my 5 link kit. That was a hole new headache. You think you have loads of room but everything is in the way.

    Had a bit of interest.

    Still up for grabs.

If the price is right i also have a compound turbo setup for this will be included in the sale.
