Received and fitted some bits. Bought a jacking point off a mate and whacked it on over the bank holiday, taking extra care to make sure the rear parking sensors remained intact. My goal has always been to keep this as a 'best of both worlds' drifter. {} Also received a full set of 'notfelonyform' overfenders. They're reps from Latvia. Seem good quality though. {} Hoping to book the next Rockingham outer paddock on the 29th for more seat time. Trying not to get too distracted from seat time by buying bits. Will grab some HSD's and rear camber arms on payday. Need to get all the fiberglass painted and get some decent wheels to fill them. Over and out for now.
Damn, this car is awesome. Cant wait to get started on my E36 now haha. Wonder what this would look like with a HMSports kit..
Not much to report. Booked Rockingham for the 29th. Unfortunately the budget wouldn't stretch to using the cool wheels to skid on so bought a couple pairs of new 16" tyres and chucked them on my Nissan wheels. That should see me through the day. Certainly won't be expecting any photos though! Tried on my mates 16x8 Advan 3 spokes the other day. Car looks pretty badass. (Excuse how manky it is.. it doesn't get used/washed often) {} {} {}
I actually really like it on the 3spokes! Also - I didn't even know bolt on easy jacking points and 5x114.3 hubs even existed for these. So thanks for the tip
Very clean and tidy looking car. BMs do look ace on JDM wheels, aswell having the little roof wing ads up quite well. I went over the thread but didn`t seemed to find any posts about the roof wing. Who does it as I`m building a full JDM aero kit for a 36 coupe so one of those will add up nicely to it. What other events are you doing later in the year? Perhaps drift matsuri? Thx.
The roof spoiler is from unique customs. I understand there is another type of roof spoiler through street track life though? Think it has something to do with the hux kit. Event-wise, just did a Rockingham day recently. Haven't got anything else booked or planned. Got a busy few months doing non-drift related things so it's just a case of what i can afford/be peer pressured in to booking
