Hi guys need some help. Just fitted the Cd009 kit and box. Everything lines up but when I try and put it onto gear the car is switched on it doesn't. But when the car is off it slots nicely into gear and can start the car and move it. What could the the reason it not going into gear.

I belive it's the slave or master cylinder what should I change it to?

    S14 sr20det for reference

    Thank you

Have you bleed all the air out thoughly? Only needs a tiny bit of air in the slave and it wont engage fully.

bled it thoroughly, first through the slave then through the master, and vise versa. it just think my master is nackered.

did you ever try bleeding it with the slave cylinder held in with a G-clamp, that gets rid of any trapped air in the master.it can help a lot if your using longer lines or if the master is on the opposite side of the vehicle.
