After taking apart my s13 I've come to the conclusion that the shell isn't salvageable so I'm now looking for a new one, should be straight and shouldn't be a rust bucket.
Ideally I'm looking for a rolling shell, I would consider a full car depending on the price, the only thing I really need is a car that is straight and not a rust bucket.
