A small update on the whole thing... Im getting my money back after being able to prove the seats are not geniune. (contacted some distributors and they all stated that they were fake). So thats nice.

If they are closing down the sellers profile is unknown for me. But they should at least not let him sell counterfeit items.

    Another small update to this:

The sellers trade mark was officially cancelled recently, it was proved they had filed it in bad faith. They were also ordered to pay about 1000 euro.
Seats are still for sale on eBay, obviously now this is completely illegal.

Funny thing is, a while back, we had a set brand new Bride Vios seats on our works eBay which were old stock, all legit from our contact at Bride Japan. This guy in Bradford files a complaint against us for selling counterfeit goods, so eBay removed our advert.

    Couldn't make this stuff up

GSM Sell the unbranded version of the fake brides you see on eBay which i don't really have an issue with.

Id rather have a blank unbranded seat than a gammy Bride or one of these weird scene Instagram accounts that keep getting seat's made by the same fake factory and trying to pass them off like they are good.

Everyone's Gangster until their fake bride splits them like a book in a crash.

If your budget is low, get an out of date Sparco / Cobra.

    He's a proper cheeky cunt.

Shoes on the other foot now, they'll reem him for all the money from lost sales, now it's proven he intentionally registered the trademark in bad faith.
Stupid cunt had the trademark in his own name, so they'll be after him personally, take his house and everything.
