I think he is away bud. I bought few stuff off him and always collected. These things do take time. I just had my r34 imported and (not with japWest). Took a very long time and with COVID it’s a right pain in the ass. But I do understand your point. Businesses Need to make sure their customers are updated with info etc. It will worth it ones everything is sorted

Guy on the JZX Facebook page is going through something similar right now. Bought a Chaser £10k down and suddenly it's radio silence. He's got his shipping info now but we'll wait and see if in 8 weeks if it's actually got all it's parts etc.
They will eventually go bust if their customer service is this poor. I used Japanese Used Cars (forum sponsor) to get my JZX100 and it was totally faultless. Constant communication and all the japanese stuff was completed in 4 weeks. Then around 1 week later I got all my export documents from them in the post. I should say as soon as the car was booked on a boat, I was told which boat and when it would be leaving.
Cheers for the help/ info. I put a few posts up on Facebook forums and they gained a lot of traction (I was the guy on the jzx forum too)! Maz quickly got hold of me and gave me a vessel name to track however i have requested the bill of landing so i can have proof my car is actually on that boat. Will give more updates as time goes on.
the sad thing is , there's probably importers looking to start out and import some cars for people but people just keep going to the same toss pots and having a bad experience
Are they at it again? Jumping on the current trend of daft S-Body prices, lovely looking “rust free” black S15 for sale in DORKING on ebay. Its so rust free the pictures of the underside of the car are not even S-Body.
