I am off to DWYB in a couple of days time as my son wants to learn to drift. I have 4 sets of rear tyres available although I would prefer not to use my 888’s as I have a trackday a couple of days later.
How many sets do people get through on a day.

I normally go through two pairs of brand new tyres (Accelera 651's) on a dry pod day (265/35/18 on an E46 M3). Don't bring R888's, they delaminate very quickly when they get up to temperature. Tyre wear will depend on your car, tyre type and size, and if your just doing burnouts or the big track... lots of variables.

e36 M3. Have some old hard tyres and some part worn road tyres. Will be his first time drifting so only the beginner tracks I would imagine.
    Many thanks for the reply’s
