exhaust bung

    hay guys i am having problems i am trying to get it out but it is jammed in the exhaust is there anything i can do or use to get it out it is like it is welded in there??? help plz!!!!!

    The one on my s14 got really stuck, in the end I took off the back box and knocked it out from behind with a long broom handle.
