Saw the car yesterday. The engine is kind of in the car..... with the engine I have chosen to fit I need to have the fire wall recessed and the transmission tunnel widened. The firm doing this car is working hard on this and taking photo's of their progress. As soon as I get some pics sent through to me I will post them up!

The clutch conversion from cable to hydraulic is now complete and the wiring looms concerned are now stitched together and all in place.

They are working long hours on this one..... They have lots of plans for this and covering the cost themselves... I just need to worry about supplyihg the parts

Once I know its running, I will be taking it to stage 2 where I will by a bodykit for them to fit and paint!

LOL... you will have to wait and see.... but I have bought a couple of different engines in recent weeks and have some spares floating in the garden... a built SR20, V6 2.9 granada cosworth, 2.0l cosworth is also available... and a spare 2.1 pinto engine is also available and a V8 rover from the P6!!

About time you got a decent drift car.
Put an SR in it, otherwise it will live there engine-less forever.

The SR is a possible and the alterations will allow it to be a "straight fit" replacement but I am having it altered to take something a little more power happy..... I have always done things a little differently and I am doing the same here.... but if it all goes wrong, the SR is on standby!

Lots of options available... I know whats going in but I will wait for confirmation that it can actually be done before I shout about it... From what I saw the other day... its looking very promising.
