I don't know why but I never posted this set on here after it was finished. considering the great response I got on the head on shot I thought I'd best post the set up for you all. Nick from TKS Tuning sent me a picture of this when it was last down there, really, really nice car. Loving the exhaust out of the 1/4 too.
Just out of interest, have you removed the image that was in the windows or was that just with zero lighting outside the car?
Pretty sure it's been removed, all of the lines are sharp to the interior of the car and theres no glare of the dashboard reflecting on the windscreen or windows
such an epic conversion, you dont see it done often, is there any reason for this? is it fhookin hard to do or just not done that often sort of thing?
Wings don't fit very well, popups are a cock to get working, difficult making the front end line up so that it's not drooping. hence why this build is even more amazing.
Firstly thanks to darren for posting the pics and for being amazing behind a camera (hes a prick when hes not ) secondly thanks to all the people who have come up to me at various events since completing this and said rele nice things i done the conversion purely because noone had really done it at all and i wanted to bring something new to the scene not that i dont respect the work that goes into every project no matter how big or small thanks again the comments this car gets plus the banzai feature some of you may have seen plus the spot in this years sxoc calender (even though there were better pics that could have been used still done by daz ) have all made the time money and effort put into this car 110% worth it thanks again ross cheers sam i believe my mate matt was down ure way grabbing a gauge ure sawbridgeworth aint u fella my ex lives there so kno it well. as sam said the wings from a 13 is a no go as the door lines dont work the a pillar section is missing and many other things the 13 fronts wider headlights need mounting electrics meh the list goes on its by far NOT a bolt on conversion as people think. I have been made offers by people to mould the wings although the time and effort that went into them to get them spot on (this was my third attempt at them) means i know how difficult it is so i want to keep this a rare conversion. again thanks for all the comments i really appreciate them ross
by the way the car now has rota GTRs on which although they r more common i personally think suit the car much more ive kept the torques anyway so i can swap as i want lol
