    No longer needed.

    AWT polish and ported head with arrow shim under bucket kit with cat cam springs £500 (thats cheep!)

    CAT CAMS for 16v new in the box. cost £450, £200

    Spec: part number = 7105130, duration 278 / 266°, duration 254 / 242° Max lift 11.80 / 11.05mm lift at TDC 3.65 / 2.90mm

    20v block with 82mm bores, 20v crank polished and balanced & 20v conrods with ACL Race Bearings to suit £300

    2 sets of cam covers £25 each set

    how much for the valves?

    I am assuming for the 16v?

    yep 16v doing the valves and guides together mate for £400 cost £650

    Exedy 200mm clutch disc has gone sorry. i do have a RPS one but need to take pictures of it
