for what it's worth my feedback is love your shooting style and the general atmosphere. It threatened to have a real narrative and then it seemed to fade away somehow, leaving a message that said "this guy loved his car that much his mrs f*cked off because she couldn't put up with it anymore" - which is what I think you were going for?

In general I really liked it - and I noticed it says school project, so I'm guessing you're quite young? If that's the case your work is even more impressive.

Bottom line is I reckon with some more work on the storyline you could produce even more amazing stuff in the future.

Good use of choons too. XX gets the thumbs up especially.

Dan : Yes you got it, it's exacly this. And yes I am young. I am 18 years old.

I was really rushed for the shooting. We only had a couple of weeks to film and it and was rainning most of the time. It was also the first time I was producing a video with a storyline. Normaly I do typical drift video with lots of smoke and big tandems.



Do you guys think this video could be feature on driftworks? im really trying to get 10 000 hits for it It currently got close to 4000 hits in 19 hours

 

Nicely filmed and stuff, and also everyone knows I have a spot for two tones, but what the hell it is with car videos in general getting so pretentious these days?

I watched this at work, with no sound first time round - really liked the videography.

Just watched it again, with sound and it started off well. Didn't like the way the first song was "mixed" (or not mixed) with the XX, and then when it was chopped and extended was obvious. Not sure if they were meant to be a bit choppy or not but it stuck out for me.

Overall, I liked it. None of my girlfriends have liked my cars (I'd go as far as saying they've hated them) so for that reason alone I'll be sharing this on my FB page lol
