Round 5 Date and Venue Change London, UK- July 4th Round 5 Venue change to Birmingham City Speedway track Round 5 Birmingham City Speedway, August 13th Birmingham City Speedway, the very first official venue to hold a drifting event in the UK, will now play host to Drift Allstars European series Round 5. Planning issues at Donington Park have forced a last minute date and venue change. With Birmingham being the second biggest fanbase for the Drift Allstars series, it was only fitting we come in a year early and build the presence of drifting in the city prior to the launch of our new Birmingham venue in the 2012 season. Widely regarded as one of the most unforgiving venues in the UK due to the Armco lining the track, this small technical circuit will provide a new test for drivers coming from the high speeds of Anneau du Rhin in France. With this announcement the venue is getting a big overhaul over the next few weeks as the Drift Allstars show comes to the Midlands. With action running late into Saturday evening, this will be a great introduction to professional drifting for the city of Birmingham. More info on the blog at www.jdmallstars.com/blog
