    Is everything banned nowadays?????

    I've been trying to buy an air rifle, and air pistols and funny fucked up shit from when I was a kid like butterfly knives.

    Is this all banned nowadays? I can't find it anywhere to buy?!!! :(

    You can still buy samurai swords i think.. but they either have to be 'show ones' or u need a licence. As for guns, im not sure. You can have a rifle if you have a licence i think.. my old man had one.

    you can own an air rifle without a lisence as long as its no more powerful that 12 lb/ft power :nod: More than 12 lb/ft you need a firearms certificate

    There are shops you can buy them at etc - Knives are hard, you have to be over 18 years old, but you can still buy them.

    Knife laws are pretty strick though, I dont think you're allowed to carry any form of lockable knife or fixed blade in public unless you have a valid reason.

    I used to have a 3" one for falconry (cutting up food etc) Pretty sure a penknife cant be more than 3" long (if you have it)

    FYI coming back from a camping trip isnt a valid reason, we didnt even get home.. tents and shit in the boot with a knife, my best mate (the driver) went to court ;) "With the intention of use!" after alot of money and hassle.. it got dropped, what a joke.

    A friend of mine who is a mechanic got done on his way home from work, he had a knife in his tool box and he got taken to court aswell for the same thing. He was fined as far as i know..

    Common sense.. lack of it.

    few points to think about

    air rifles, you cant really shoot your mates with, well you can but there likely to knock you out in return

    knifes- just no. theres nothing fun about knifes, there for pussies.

    airsoft guns- as you know, awesome fun for shooting your mates with

    You only have to be in a club for airsodt stuff that isn't see through.

    If you want one that looks like a gun instead of a see through plastic gun that is.

    indeed man, was just looking on there myself

    though that there is top of the range, full metal and £300

    you can get something that looks equally awesome for half the price and does just as much damage. look at some m4a1s you can even get grenade launcher attatchments that fire about 30 at a time

    you do have to be pretty sensible about where you use such stuff though man, as you get seen by anyone in public with a machine gun, there going to call the cops!

    Air rifles are great if you live in the country and have the space or go to the country as if you get caught using one I wouldn't be surprised if the armed cops come crashing through your door and smash your cunt in for beng a dick.

    Hate knifes, they are for chavs and no fun!
