    No. Bought some HID lights off a guy on SXOC, paid him in usual fashion.

    He never sent the lights.

    Messaged me as soon as i opened the dispute saying:

    So I thought great, But i'm not closing the dispute.

    He then posted in the paypal dispute saying:

    I was like WHAT THE FUCK????????????????

    And wrote this back:






    Makes me think the guy is a massive retard.............
