hi there i just finished my mold for the carbon fiber sunroof for the subaru impreza gc8 94-00 the sunroof comes in carbon fiber or fiberglass . the carbon fiber material is a 3k 2x2 twill weave and i vacum infuse the parts for more strenght and light wheight, there are two options one is for race application where the sunroof will be none usable and the sunroof is fastened in place or there are standard fittings and will bolt up to oem brackets the race model only wheighs in at 580 grams price is 400 dollars pics are of a race application sunroof
i am making a hood for the s15 silvia and doors for the s14 . the hood wheighs in at only 4 kilos and doors about 4 kilos .. all parts are vacum infused using only the best materials . also i am looking at making some new parts if you guys have any ideas :
