Used for around 3 months, they don't degrade like normal rubber bushes so should last longer than your car.
forgot to mention i also have a larger anti-roll bar from a sport on the back with poly bushes as well for sale - £30.
I have an e36 328i se here it's 96. Looking to buy an m50 manifold for it, If I buy one from you here with these adaptor plates is that all I need or will I need to get it mapped like the ecu you have for sale to run right?
You don't need to get it mapped but it helps get the maximum out of the mod for sure (i've got one mapped for sale btw check above or can supply them when you’re ready) You can do it many different ways but the cheapest is to sack of the recirculation stuff and vent either the rocker to atmosphere via a little filter or back into the intake manifold. If you're local i can help you but not for a couple of weeks as i'm stacked out selling stuff as i'm loosing my unit. I'll try and find the E30zone thread that explains what you need to do, really easy to follow.
Flywheel kit sold sport bumper splitter and number plate delete also sold. Sport bumper still available though
Instructions on how to install it. As i say, many different ways you can do this, i find the cheapest to be the best though. M5x Inlet - E30 Zone Wiki <- cheapest option / the way i do it. Home - m50manifold.com M52 - M50 intake manifold swap - TrampDrift M50 manifold conversion fitting guide

Do you have the rubber intake pipe that goes to the throttle body? I think there is a plastic pipe connector on the bend which I need as well.. (I say 'I' need - it's for a mate ) edit - it's numbers 3 & 12 on here
I'll take both driveshafts if they medium case and you can post or coming to Teesside soon? Let me know cost please.
