First Post and I'm already after summat lol .
I'm looking at getting into doing some skidding :wack: or at least having a car where if I'm in the mood I can have some drifty fun , I'm wanting an S13 realistically but I'd really like a PS or and an AE86, will have around £5000 to spend when Ive sold the swift sport or willing to swap or px money whatever way depending on the car with anyone looking for a proper fun little car . I'm checking on here fairly often so will see pm's and thread replies. I'm based in Manchester but am willing to travel :)
    Cheers
    Dan

yeh i could be swayed into a chaser or a soarer 'cus I really like soarers :wack: if I could think of a way to be able to run them without going broke lol, as whatever I get is going to have to be a daily and they are some large capacity engines lol .

Well, i think the 1jz vvti definitely has better fuel consumption than s-bodys iirc
but the non vvti is also good fuel consumption too.

Do you really need to spend 5k on your first car then? Don't go and blow it all on something awesome/JDM needs to have at least 12 cylinders..

Why not buy something cheap to fix when you run out of talent?

Unless of course you plan on just parking it really well, in which case go for it.

I know what your saying , why should rare/nice jdm metal suffer some noob bending it out of shape learning to skid but I have driven in other motor sports throwing a stuff sideways I have a fair approximation of what to expect , I'm not saying I'm going to jump into a car and run with the pro's but in the same breath Im not just going to hoon into a wall with my foot buried lol but i doo think it will be seeing more of the polishing pads than the wall at buxton lol, as for the 5k i didnt intend on spending it all I just thaught I may temp a few people into making a deal and I like S-bodys . But I appreciate what ur sayin dude :)
