I doubt anyone would be driving full beans on a test drive and I highly doubt anyone would want to transfer the full amount to go on a test drive. When I paid for my import I had to pop into the bank for them to do it due to the amount of money. Barclay's said the transfer limit is £2,000 a day. Anyways I wasn't "shitting" on you post at all, just find it a little weird how you'd want the full amount for a test drive.
I'm confused with your posts. So you find it weird that someone wouldn't want to allow someone to test drive their car to protect their asset from a complete stranger and yet state above about sending money abroad for an import without test driving it. I am not a dealership, this is a private sale and you will find others have quoted such a phrase in the past. Now I understand why you're the same guy who visited 5 chasers a while back and each time the sale fell through. Seriously, trash talk on someone else's for sale advert.
So you would happily transfer 12k to someone you don't know JUST to test drive their car? I understand the reason behind it but 12k is a lot of money regardless of who you are. You must live in a crap area if people go on a test drive and rip the shit out of someones car. I was transferred the money to a UK importer who're extremely well known (TorqueGT). I only viewed 1 in person, one was in Manchester and they sold it to a friend which is far enough and the others I wasn't keen on. Anyways, I'm not here to 'shit' on your for sale advert. If I were to do that I would say your car is rusty, has issues etc etc which I haven't. Also I find it funny how you haven't asked for the full amount on a test drive on the Facebook advert you've put up. To end, good luck with the sale of your car its not my cup of tea but I'm sure you'll find a buyer for it as they're great cars.

Cheers mate, he annoyed me but I heard from another member over private message how he is a bit of an idiot so no harm done. I really dont get why you trash talk on someone elses post... I must admit I would allow someone to drive her but I want to make that judgement call when they view the car. Its so easy to be stung with something like that.
