Sup guys and gals New to the forum I have a 1982 Hilux fitted with the JZX110 engine, autobox and original ECU. The Etcsi has been locked between the cable and electronic part. Runs very strong but... The autobox is changing very quickly, maby at 3000rpm. Is there a way I can wire up a push button to hold the revs whilst in gear and release it to change to the following gear and repeat the process in all gears. If i manually select 2nd/3rd it boosts perfectly up to 7000rpm Any advice is appreciated in this matter or how to get the etcsi to work properly. Regards Christo {}
the original jzx110 would have had the usual PWR / ECO / SNOW modes i'd have thought , you need to select the PWR mode or sport if it has that , i've not seen an auto jzx110 personally if you don't have the switch , you might still have the wiring , and can fit your own
I don't have the switch, I have the engine harness and oem ecu. Any ideas how to wire the PWR switch?
