buxton cancelled this month

    Sorry guys and girls we've had to cancel this month due to the lack of numbers and passenger rides its financially impossible to run this time round see u all next month though and thanks for all your support this year with the previous issues and cancellations

    You could enjoy a little trip to the driftmatsuri weekend and enjoy that
    Instead, as it's sure sounds like it will be as good as awesomfest was

    Believe me im gutted im not going but hey ho:cry:
    Timing for this is bad for me as my daughter is going into hospital
    To have her baby friday or saturday how inconsiderate she is lol.
    So il be a grandad by then i hope.:cool:

    Think i'm gonna come and do some practice days at Buxton instead of selling the tt soarer :)

    It's in anglesey mate and you can pay on the gate,
    If you go tomorrow take a tent watch some night time drifting by the pro's
    And get shitfaced at the party afterwards.

    Then wake up with a sore head and watch a open pit lane drifting all day.,
    What can only be described as a top quality weekend to be had.

    And im now a grandad but still cant go as i have to work and make my
    Money up,booooo.

    Sounds good that, but I have a wife and a two year old so can't do that atm.
    But, tell me more about Buxton. How does it get down there . If I bring the wife and kid, is there food, seating etc, and how long do the sessions last for?

    Buxton has been getting low numbers for a year now.. and the amountbof people gets less and less every month.. so I wouldn't be surprised if drift one stops doing it for good soon..

    Such a shame as I live in buxton so its on my doorstep :(

    I do Birmingham quite a lot but thats the wrong way from manchester for me!
    You have
    -Birmingham
    -teesside

    Or a little further away
    -Anglesey (well worth the drive)

    I haven't been since April/May time purely because it always clashes with absolutely everything. Otherwise I'd have been at every one.

    Yeh someone's hired the track for £500 I was told.i bumped into some lads from Manchester that was lost.
