nissan almera gti

I have just taken this in px for my altezza from a nice chap who clearly loved it like a child and spent a fair amount on it in the 10 years that he owned it.
i was thinking of using it as a daily but i have been offered a 350z REALLY cheap that i would prefer so this is going up for sale so i can afford the 350 and insurance in one go.

its a 1999 T reg.
tax until august
mot until i dont have a clue will find out and if its less than two months will sort one out. i`m positive it will pass with no issues.
122766 miles with nissan service history up to 88k and then local garage servicing using genuine parts.
I have a stack of paperwork and receipts for other items and work that has been carried out.
it is black
it has an sr20de engine
it handles really well
its actually surprisingly cheap to insure
it is quite nippy
it has k sport coilovers, whiteline anti roll bars with all the necessary bushes and bolts to set the geometry up perfectly.
custom exhaust manifold and stainless exhaust (sounds really nice above 3000rpm) resonated decat pipe included.
hks induction kit.
jdm yo wind deflectors.
strut braces front and rear.
the front brakes are dimpled and grooved with uprated pads.
it has been set up on a rolling road to about 165 bhp with a decent amount of torque.
the bodywork is very tidy with no actual damage that I can see.
there are a few tiny little bubbles appearing on the inside lip of the rear arches but they are from stone chips rather than trapped moisture.
I will grind them down and put stonechip guard on the lips to prevent this getting any worse.
the only bad things i can find are.
the nats immobiliser key fobs have both gone flat so the remote central locking doesn`t work (i have batteries and the procedure for re-coding them)
the n/s/f topmount knocks when turning from full right to full left lock (3 point turns).
the aforementioned bubbles in the rear arches.
under the bonnet needs a ruddy good clean

They are immaculate.
I can`t get pictures until the weekend though.
i polished the bonnet and headlights/ lense covers yesterday. brightened the front end up a bit.
and i will be doing an oil and filter change on Saturday.

I'm going to get this mot'd later this week.
I know that it needs both outer cv boots replacing as they are slightly split.
I have genuine ones to go on.
And the drivers door solenoid is playing up so it locks and locks itself every so often when it's being driven.
It currently has a genuine red bride bucket seat on a genuine bride rail which would fit most S and R bodies.
With the seat and rail I'm after £1100. without £850
