Hoping this is the place (forum) to ask After multiple attempts by different places I'm struggling to get my tyres mounted. Both a cheetah and fire have been used with no joy but I think it's the technique being used. Tyre/wheel sizes - 165/50 15x9 & 195/45 15x10 If anyone could give solid info or point me in the direction I could get them done that would be awesome. Thanks in advance
what tyres you using? Also the wheel design can make a huge difference to how easy they stretch on. That's badass stretch though so if you are trying to put on track spec tyres with thick sidewalls it will be a cunt. tyres like nankang and kenda work well Nice name btw
I'll be at Birmingham wheels on Sunday the 7th if you wanna bring them with you....if you send me some pics of the wheels from the side so it shows the lips that would be helpful to 07879998578. If you want it done sooner then I'm based in Wellingborough if you want to travel. Steve.
If you can access an air line that wont come off the valve you could do it yourself with something flammable, a couple spare tyres and a lighter? Its actually pretty easy to do and usually works a dam sight better than a bead blaster imo.
