1uz with R154 hydraulic release bearing options

    I've bought a r154 gearbox with adapter plate to mate the box to my 1uz auto
    bellhousing. Obviously this means the gearbox needs a concentric hydraulic
    release bearing.

    Any ideas which fit, which are best etc ?

    You have loads front tilton, ap racing and Howe.

    But you may find you can use one off a corsa or free lander or like the US guys the ls1 off numerous yank tanks

    The thing is I'm not overly sure how they work. Does it bolt into the gearbox or just slide over the pilot shaft ?
