4 stud vs 5 stud

    Does a s13 need 5 stud?? why do people switch to 5 stud just for bigger choice of wheels or for bigger brakes?

    Wheels mainly.
    Its not as easy to redrill wheels as it is brake discs :wack:

    it depends on the wheels though........15" and below i wouldnt bother, 16" and above it may be worth it. s13's look better with smaller wheels imho.

    No, 25% longer than doing your 4 studs, since you have to do a quarter of what you just did again because you have a gay 5-studded Nissan.

    If you dropped to 4 stud from 5 stud you would save yourself 20%, but by going up to 5 stud from 4 stud you're gaining 25% time.

    Oh and 4 stud is better, so much less effort to change wheels, 5 stud to 4 stud conversions will be the next big thing! Well maybe :D

    its ok will. you dont need to defend mike. he isnt as stupid as he looks. wannabe smartarses bring their own downfall about.folks dont take people who cant do basic maths very seriously.

    Well wont take any longer if you only use 4 studs, instead of putting the 5 stud in! 4 Studs is enought to hold her!!

    So there ya go! lol!!!

    I'd definitely keep Stavros's 15s on mine if it wasnt too low :thumbs:

    They're making way for bronze 16x8s, +10 offset - which will be effectively -15 offset with my 25mm spacers :smokin:
