new to this but some of yous might remember the car up for sale before I bought it.

So done about 8 or 9 small events with the 1.9 engine and was getting on ok so thought it was time to up the game so stripped the car down and painted it white and fitted an E36 M3 evo engine.

The car is fitted with HSD coil overs all round. I have no problem with the front suspension but find the rear a bit of a pain. If I use the HSD rear shocks I find the car very hard and skippy with very little travel and I have to run the car extremely high to keep the springs from falling out.

I have compared other brands of e36 coilovers but find the shocks even longer than the standard compact shocks and the HSD shocks as pictured.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks Niall

You want to run a coilover like the front on the back.
    Available from gaz or bc.

Yeah the yellow shock is from an e36 coupe Coilover set. I'm looking for a good spring and shock set up for the back that keeps the spring tight at a normal ride height and a medium hard shock

Are you aware the HSD coil overs can be adjusted for high and damping?

We supply coilover rears through BC which counteracts this issue, its pretty common.

Yeah but the hsd shocks are still very hard at the softest setting. And the springs are also lose at any normal sort of ride height. Have you a price for the rear bc coilovers?
