I may sell this if your interested. GSX 400 t cafe race it was building. Carbs have be rebuilt, compression sweet. Was all going until I striped it to cafe racer it then lost spark and I lost interest.
I have a drz400s with fresh engine, just fitted Athena 440 bore kit with hodrods stroker kit so 520cc has flat slide carb, braided brake lines etc £1200 for it. Costs more for the stroker kit alone

I have got a genuine complete Ducati 748 SPS - Suspected Crank Bearing issue (Although not torn it down enough to be sure) - Parts I got for the build include 848 Swingarm, Forks, Wheels, Pierobon front Subframe, RS Top Fairing, 748R High Comp Pistons, plus loads of other stuff... Just not sure I will ever finish it Parts alone are worth a fortune, let alone a genuine 748SPS frame... Something you would consider?

My Suzuki GN400? got most of the way of converting it to a bobber then got snowed under with work and has sat as you see it now (except in a garage)
