I have a aristo which i'm going to go manual with. I can find the adaptor kits no problem but which is the strongest bmw box to use. You can get the m50 for no money but they look very small for the sort of power a 2jz will throw at it. The most expensive is the m3 6 speed box getrag 460g. Any help would be great. Dont mind what goes it there just want to make sure i wont be taking it back out every weekend because it can't handle the power. Cheers
Might be a little late,but the BMW 3.0d (from 330d e46 or 530d e39 5 speed) is a pretty popular choice.My friends run it with 2jzs and turbo M50s,no problem.
