Wheel identification

    Hi all,
    Could one of the wheel gurus help me identify this wheel please? It was discovered in the back of the warehouse at work, and appears to be some sort of odd multi fitment thing, as the stud holes will rotate..

    Its a 18x7.5j et 40 if that helps..
