    Hi all,

Got those ebay lock adapters you see everywhere. There is loads of info out there for the E36 but none for the E46. Are the problems basically the same? Wheel clearance, cutting the tie rod end down, do the arms need modifying etc?

    Thanks,

    Hi.

In e46 you have more clearance so basically less problems. Cutting inner tie rod thread by 1cm per side may be needed - I've found in some cases there is no need for that (maybe different inner tie rod manufacturer?).
    Arms doesn't need modifying.

    Cheers

ET30-35 is recommended, but any offset will work, sometimes just needs a wheel spacer.

    Any size wheel.
