    Hi Guys and Girls,
A few people have been asking whats happening with my coupe.
Well i thought its time you all saw it.

You all know i like to be different, so here i am being me! :wack:

There will be more done to it, supercharger and stuff but this it it so far.

    The car
    14082006003.

The Engine destined to go in
    28062006.

    What counts
    28062006001.

This is the engine's trail fitting
    26072006.

Now the engine is mounted using some custom brackets to use the mustang engine mounts on the BMW subframe
    IMAG0218.

    Another view of above
    IMAG0219.

Custom gearbox cross member with one piece prop
    IMAG0216.

Custom made slave cylinder and bracket on the bell housing to make the clutch a hydralic, not cable
    IMAG0223.

    Exhaust final fitting
    IMAG0224.

The view of the final engine bay
    26082006.

All thats left is to map my DTA to run the engine which Weston performance will be doing for me and i'll be rolling!

    There you have it!!

Holy fuck, talk about a TIGHT FIT! How the hell did the exhaust manifolds miss the inner arches?

So is that a mustang engine then? It doesn't say anything on it that I can see, so my expertise is gone lol.

    Should be insane! :D

One off exhaust manifolds to clear steering etc.

The engine is from a 99 Mustang SVT with a tremec 5spd gearbox Bulliet proof!

    That's ace :D

Any reason you chose the Ford V8 instead of a BM one?? Or is it because, like you said, you like to be different??

    Top work either way

Because the Ford V8 is cheaper easier to tune, and you can't buy a supercharger for £3000 for a BMW V8 and even when you do supercharge it it only gives you 400 bhp not 600 like with the ford V8. :D

And the ford has loads more torque.
