Hi. Ive finally got some time to look into the Aircup system i ordered.

I tried to install the air cups to my coilovers and looked through this video. At 4:40 minutes in, hes showing some spacers, but i dont have these in the set.
Ive taken pictures of how mine came together, and for me it looks like something is wrong.

here the aircup is installed and the spacer mounted:

And here is how it looks with the spacer i have, installed:
    projektbilen-nissan-200sx-s13-ca18det.
    And pushed up:

Is this how it should be, or do i need to remove the smallest spacer?

    Hi There

Your assembly on this looks correct.
The 2 washers you see in the video have now been replaced with the alloy washer included in the kit to space the cup down and allow the articulation on the kit.

    Best regards

Its good to know i didnt fuck it totally up :D

But i dont like that these blue spacer is so small. It looks like the red spacer would bend or slip on top of the blue under heavy load.

Normally these kits are OK set up like this but I can check with the manufacturer for you to see if they have ever seen this push over like you think it may.

    Hi there

Would it be possible for you to email us on shop@driftworks.com so I can sort this for you.
The suppliers have agreed that you should have a larger washer above the spacer so I need to find your details on our store to send these out to you.

    Best regards
    Alex
