Hi guys, I have an mx5 which had a t25g installed, I have now switched this up to run a Gt28rs, however now I need to run an oil restrictor, the problem I have is the current oil line fits the turbo perfectly, however I've noticed before I order the restrictor, that the restrictor changes thread from 7/16 24 male to a 4an male fitting, however that's not going to fit on my existing 7/16 24 male oil line. I can't find a 4 an female to 7/16 24 female adapter to fit onto the current oil line. Any help very much appreciated. Smithy
So you left the standard restrictor in the turbo, connected up oil lines and it smoked badly? Kinda sounds like the seals are shot?
