Have you measured your voltage? That's the only real thing i can think of, unless the injectors are partially blocked (so could be worth pulling them out for a clean)

Voltage round the car good. I changed the old plugs and there wasnt any sign of a injector mucking around.

What is the voltage at the pump? Has the pump been hard-wried or still running on the old factory wiring?

Just to confirm though, you haven't pulled the injectors out and had them cleaned?

Also, what were you using to measure AFR's? Your own gauge in the car or the dyno's AFR gauge?

The 1a chip runs the stock stuff right to it's limits, so if something is not quite 100% you're going to get problems.
The injectors might seem alirte, but they're also 23 years old and have not been cleaned and flow-benched, so start there.

Also how do you know fuel pressure is ok?
The chip is written for the stock FPR, have you swapped that out for something else?
