It give's me great pleasure to announce the arrival of our newest member of DW staff... I give to you.. The one...... The only..... BonBon!! Amongst his many other responsibilities, he will be keeping an eye on all enquiries in the trade section here. We recognise that at times we have struggled to keep on top of things here, simply because of the amount of enquiries we have daily in general. Hopefully employing 'the Bon' full time, will ensure we continue to provide the high level of service that we pride ourselves on This is his first day, so break him in gently .

Good work! DW has always seemed to have excellent customer service, so I'd say that even when you're struggling, you seem to do a much better job than most. Keep up the good work!
