After fixing basically every problem with my s14 so far on the driveway, the last thing I have to do is fix the rust. Not something I think I'd fancy taking a go at having never touched a welder in my life. I went to see a "car restoration" specialist today, they were good at what they did but they were vague, took a lot of their time showing me their £40k e-type Jag bonnets, and then were hinting at 10k+ for welding before even properly inspecting the car - Do any of you guys have recommendations for reliable body shops in the West Midlands area? I want this done right - It needs some sill repair, pockets, a little bit of engine bay work. Thanks in advance.
Where in the midlands are you? I've just used a local garage in Lichfield who gave me a very good quote. It was only a small patch of rust on both sills though.
